There will of course always be times when the family has to travel, perhaps to visit relatives or to take a vacation but the location of Anuva Residences even makes those times easy. Not only are residents able to arrive at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport for domestic and international flights within 15 minutes of leaving home but Muntinlupa is also home to 3 stations for the Philippine National Railways. However, if a family does decide to travel by road, several expressways service Muntinlupa, namely the South Luzon Expressway which is part of the Pan-Philippine Highway, Metro Manila Skyway which is an elevated expressway that runs above the South Luzon Expressway to link Makati to Muntinlupa and the toll expressway, Muntinlupa–Cavite Expressway which opened in late 2015. An additional expressway, the Laguna Lakeshore Expressway Dike, is also in the planning stages. These expressways are conveniently close to Anuva Residences so minimal time is wasted in heavy, congested city traffic.
