Muntinlupa
Covering a total area of 41.67 km2 and with a population of just over half a million, Muntinlupa is the southern most of the 16 cities which make up the Metro Manila Region. Although it has been given the nickname "Emerald City of the Philippines" by the tourism industry, because of it southernmost location in the Metro Manila Region many still refer to it as the "Gateway to Calabarzon". The city includes Ayala Alabang Village which is home to many of the rich and famous in the Philippines and is one of the country’s most expensive residential communities. Alabang is also home to the city’s Central Business District that provides work for many young professionals.
Residential Units
Anuva Residences consists of 2 tandem-tower condominiums with 2 more to be built. These residential condominiums have been especially orientated to avoid the harsh rays of the sun, keeping the units cooler and fresher. Each unit is square, providing for more flexibility in the utilizing of space than the traditional rectangular units.
