Anuva Residences - AMENITIES

Many of today’s condominiums have their own amenities but few have as many as Anuva Residences and in fact Anuva Residences could be compared more with a luxury resort hotel than a residential condominium.

Anuva Residences is the first condominium in the Philippines and possibly the world to have its own lazy river on site. The lazy river is not the only amenity to feature water though as there is also a reflection pool, cascades and a lagoon, plus of course a 50m lap pool for adults and a separate children’s pool where parents can watch their children splash around in safety. Other amenities include:

• Commercial Area – This is for the convenience of residents, allowing them to do some shopping without even leaving the site

• Guardhouse – This along with 24 hour security patrols ensures the safety of the residents

• Lawns – Much of the Anuva Residences 80% of open space is taken up by lawns where residents can relax and perhaps enjoy a picnic outside

• Dry Play Area – This is somewhere the kids can play without getting wet

• Wet Play Area – This is separate from the children’s pool but the kids can still get wet playing and having fun here

• Trellis pavilion – Somewhere where residents can relax in the shade whilst still getting some fresh air

• Clubhouse – This can be used as the venue for family reunions, business socials or just a get-together with neighbours

• Basketball/ Amphitheatre – This is where residents can play a friendly game of basketball or be the venue for more serious games

• Jogging Path – Jogging has become a popular way for people to keep fit but Anuva Residences residents do not have to be concerned about jogging near traffic as this jogging path is entirely within the project’s perimeter fence

• Yoga Deck – As yoga becomes increasingly popular, it is nice to have a special area so residents can feel free to join in and enjoy the experience

 

Although these are the main amenities available for all residents to share, there is also a Sky Lounge at the top of each building which allows residents of that building somewhere to relax and enjoy the views of the city from an excellent vantage point.

As well as providing this large range of amenities for all the residents to share, SOC Land wanted to ensure that they also had the best possible facilities available in their own units. To accomplish this they co-operated with the one of Philippines largest broadband and multi-media providers, PLDT HOME who installed their fastest and most powerful broadband connections in each unit. Their fastest service if PLDT HOME Fibr and can provide speeds of up 100 Mbps.

For the safety of residents, apart from the guardhouse and the 24 hour security, SOC Land also provided Anuva Residences with fire and smoke alarms.

Other facilities available for residents of Anuva Residences to take advantage of are three high speed elevators per building and a centralized garbage collection system.
